Hello, I'm Patricia a single mother of 2 my son is about to be 21 yrs old and lives on his own and my daughter who is 13. I love dancing, singing, playing volleyball, going to parks, hiking, riding bikes, reading and I love being by the water. My dream is to be able to own a home for "troubled" or children who don't have the support from loving families. I love children I always have I moved to NC a 2years ago and the one thing I miss most are all the children I had with me and around me for so many years. Being around children gives me a sense of purpose. I love to teach them, to help them, for them to know and feel that they can always count on me to break it down for them to give them the confidence and encouragement. I'm nurturing Read more a good listener and respect their individuality. I have worked in daycare and had a few families who I would help with childcare. As I was growing up I had 2 brothers with muscular dystrophy so I was their protector their hand, their feet anything they couldn't do I made sure they could do it through me. After the passing of one of them I became a home health aide which I loved but it became really hard after seeing clients pass. If I do get the opportunity to meet and work with your family I know you wouldn't be disappointed, learning, playing and activities is something that we would be doing every time. I hope to meet families who have the same beliefs so we could work together and give the children everything they deserve and more.
