Hi! My name is Janiiya Williams, and I’d love to help care for your little ones! I’m currently taking a semester off from college, where I study Business at UNCC, to focus on offering my babysitting services and connecting with families who need dependable and caring childcare. I’ve always had a deep love for children, as I believe their curiosity, energy, and creativity bring so much joy and inspiration to those around them. Babysitting gives me the opportunity to make a positive impact on their lives while ensuring they feel loved, happy, and safe. I have extensive experience babysitting toddlers, older children, my two younger siblings, as well as numerous other kids. Growing up as the oldest sibling, I naturally took on the role of a caregiver, which helped me develop patience, responsibility, and the ability to adapt to different situations. My professional background includes over three years as a Team Trainer at Chick-fil-A, where I developed strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. I’ve also volunteered in community service events, such as back-to-school drives, where I created activities for kids and helped provide them with essential supplies. What I love most about babysitting is the chance to create a nurturing and fun environment where kids feel valued and supported. I strive to be a positive influence in their lives by offering kindness, encouragement, and structure.
