Why do you love working with children? I love working with children because they bring a unique sense of joy and wonder to every day. Their curiosity and enthusiasm for learning inspire me. I find great satisfaction in watching them grow, develop new skills, and overcome challenges. Being a part of their formative years and contributing to their development is incredibly rewarding. What experience do you have? I have extensive experience working in child care settings, including Primrose Schools, Bright Horizons, and various Christian daycares. I’ve worked with children of all ages, from infants to school-age kids. In these roles, I’ve been responsible for creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, and communicating effectively with parents about their child’s progress and needs.
