Hello hello! I'm a 21 y'o American-Filipina attending graduate school, looking to keep busy in addition to my academics and extracurriculars. I grew up in a parts of the world with 11 years in Macau, 3 in the Philippines, and now almost 7 in North Carolina. Although I do not have siblings, ever since I was young I noticed that children easily open up and gravitate towards me. I believe it's because of how open-minded I am and the way I am able to balance discipline and fun. I've worked with children in martial arts, afterschool programs, or close family friends. I find that actually playing with the kids, having patience, communicating, and using kind respectful words for discipline helps each other build trust between each other.
