I’m a mother of 3 magnificent, but older boys who I raised as a stay at home for nearly 13 years. I have a background in early childhood development as my Mother owned a daycare center and I spent summers volunteering there. I started sitting for families in my neighborhood at age 13, and had several great families that called on me regularly. After becoming a Mother myself, I took some courses in childhood development at CPCC, began volunteering at my son’s preschool and did so for 3 years while working with ages 2-4. I held 2 different Nanny positions for families in Lake Norman that was more of a full time position. I’m a natural with babies, children, and pets. I can calm any situation, create fun out of nowhere, and make most everyone feel comfortable in my presence. I’m comfortable with all age groups, pets, housekeeping, prepping meals. Read more I’m not comfortable driving kids anywhere so I’d prefer to sit in the home only. I’m available anytime, I’m super reliable, responsible and respectful. A position with an infant, or under school aged kids would be best, however if your child takes a bus to and from school, I’ll be there every morning, afternoon to make sure they’re safe.
