I am a mom to 3 sweet babies, 2 boys 1 girl. They are 5, 3, and 18 months. And yes I have my hands full but I absolutely love it. Currently I am a stay at home mom because I strongly believe the first few years are crucial in a child’s development. I’ll try to implement Montessori themes in daily activities with my children. We enjoy gardening, cooking walks, and other activities that encourage fine motor skills, pencil control, and other basic skills. We also enjoy a few episodes of miss Rachel to help develop language. I received my degree of associates of applied science in the healthcare field. I have worked under the care of my children’s pediatrician for several years. I am currently certified with my BLS. The BLS would include Heimlich as well as other early intervention, life-saving techniques. I have on several occasions use my Read more CPR training on my own children as well as other children and I stand firmly with the opinion anyone caring for children should be CPR certified especially when monitoring meals. I have several years of childcare experience going all the way back to when I was 13 I have cared for children of all ages as well as developmental delays/disabilities. I am especially skilled in the care of children with ADHD sensory disorder’s. I believe all children have exceptional skills, and with one on one attention can thrive in all areas. I am looking for a family that is comfortable with bringing their child to my home. We would take field trips such as the discovery place imagine on in the park/nature centers I, being a mom understand the struggle of affording child care, so I am more than willing to work with a family to adjust to their budget, I also am a breast-feeding mama and am available to support any other breast-feeding moms in anyway I can such as making sure not to feed the baby close to mom’s return or accommodating a lunchtime nursing session while mom is on break. If my family sounds like a good fit to you. Please feel free to reach out. Also, I like to make everyone aware upfront my husband works from home so he would be at the home periodically during the day. Feel free to contact me so we can set up a time to come by the house and visit. In addition, things, to note are, we have chickens, a cat, and a dog. As a parent, I understand her child’s safety is the number one concern my animals are trained and have never once bit or scratched my children but I encourage you to come decide for yourself.
