My name is Jasmine Gilgosch and I am a currently twenty-three and a college student. I have had experience watching kids for my whole life. My mother is a medical foster mom so I have been around kids and helped her out for as long as I can remember. I've been changing diapers since I was in elementary school, fed babies, bathed them, and helped them through some of their biggest steps in life. I also have been around older children as well and know how to engage in appropriate play time as well as learning and helping them study. When I turned eighteen I got my Level II background screening since I lived at home and was a legal adult. It was a must with the medical foster children. I passed the screening and from then on got CPR and First Aid Certified and recently got both certificates updated! Read more I have also babysat for family friends so I have experience watching kids with medical needs and those who do not need it! In short, I love kids and love being around them. I have a pretty flexible schedule within reason of school. All of that can be found in the rest of my profile! I hope to hear from you all soon! I love interacting with not only the kids but keeping close with the family as well!

Jasmine seemed like an idea candidate for our posted position. After a couple initial emails, we had a telephone screen. Jasmine sounded positive, intelligent, and motivated and we set up a face to face I interview. The day prior to the interview, I emailed to confirm she was still coming. No answer. One text and one phone call later. No answer and no show for the interview. I was surprised Jasmine ghosted me. However, it’s definitely better that she did it now now than after she had taken the job.
