I just moved to Charlotte from Chicago. I am currently a Second grade teacher in Cabarrus county. I have three sisters and many cousins that sparked my love for working with children. I am definilty still a kid at heart. I have been babysitting and Nannying ever since I was in High School. I graduated from the University of Iowa with an elementary education degree. I have worked with kids in all different kinds of settings outside of just teaching: swim lessons, summer camps, Zoo camps, Children museum, teaching english and working with kids abroad.
