I'm an adventurous nanny who loves a good excursion! Whether we’re traversing a trail, perusing through a science museum, or soaking up a local storytime, I’m passionate about ensuring that the kids in my care are being enriched, inspired, and cared for daily. As a former mental health therapist, educator, and childcare provider, I deeply enjoy building meaningful connections with kiddos and helping them to develop into well-rounded, autonomous, and confident human beings. As such, I value social/emotional learning, community, personal responsibility, cultivating joy and guiding each child's unique personal growth. The majority of my professional experience is in music education, early childhood & school-age play-based curriculum development/program management, and private childcare. I love to engage kiddos in play and inspire their curiosity (with appropriate limits) since that's when vital growth and development takes place! I’m a Red Cross certified lifeguard, Infant & Pediatric CPR + First Aid certified, and have extensive experience with children and multiples of all ages, particularly the early toddler-6 year age range. I’m a whiz in the kitchen, with diapering and sleep training, and even homework help for older kids. Last but not least, I'm a big hobbyist and can usually be found painting, constructing legos, watching Star Wars, visiting a botanical garden, or searching for my next bowl of ramen!
