Hi all! My name is Indigo and I'm a student at UNC-Asheville. I am available to assist with childcare, pet care, senior care, housesitting, and tutoring. I have worked at YMCA summer camps and summer camps at a science center for seven years. I have worked with kids ages two to seventeen, including ones with additional needs such as autistic children. I would keep your kids active and engaged with art projects, science experiments, games, outside play, and other educational activities. I absolutely love working with kids and loved every minute of this position. I have no formal experience working with kids younger than two, but I have helped care for family members of this age range. Furthermore, I have experience tutoring middle and high school math and other subjects, and am available as a tutor for most subjects grades K-12. In addition to kids, I love working with animals. Read more I have had an array of pets throughout my life, have helped rehab wild animals, and have been formally trained to handle certain species of reptiles and small mammals at a zoo. I also have experience dogsitting and walking dogs. My current pets include dogs, a cat, a ball python, a quaker parrot, and rats, so I am truly comfortable working with all types of pets and have quite a lot of pet care experience, including senior care and medication administration. I am seeking part-time, one-time, and/or occasional positions. I am a college student so my schedule is pretty flexible. I look forward to working with you and your loved ones!
