Hi there! I am a childcare provider with 10+ years of experience (babysitting, nannying, summer camps). I have found that working with kids of all ages brings me a lot of joy, and I love sharing in their curiosity, humor, and learning about their individual interests. I have a masters degree and I worked several years in the mental health field before transitioning to full-time childcare, which I feel has benefitted my work with children/families in many ways. I currently have an ongoing nanny family who I work with close to full-time but I have lots of availability on weekends and some week-nights for babysitting/ date nights! I would be happy to come help out with kiddos while parents/caretakers are out at one-time events/ date nights or even recurring visits! I would describe myself as having a calm demeanor, while also enjoying being light and having fun with kids. I Read more am very adaptive and always try to ask questions/ align with a parents' preferences, rules, and needs. I always enjoy arts and crafts, outside time, and games, but am happy to hear about/ participate in new interests and hobbies! I am pet-friendly and love fur-babies of all kinds. I am COVID-19 vaccinated and due to working closely with another family with children, my preference is that adults of the families I babysit are also vaccinated if possible!
