Hi, I'm Auriana! I have been interested in working with kids since I myself was a kid. I've been a paid babysitter for family members since I was at most 14, and am now 21. At 20 I started working at the Child watch center in the YMCA. I have been the lead on several shifts there when my supervisor was not present. I continue to babysit for family and occasionally friends. I particularly passionate in working with 'misunderstood' kids, especially neurodivergent children, I don't have any official certifications, but I have experience from working at the YMCA. I myself am also neurodivergent so I have a point of view that can help make understanding neurodivergent kids easier to me.
