My name is McKenzie Frederick. I am 19 years old and a junior in college with an associates degree. I have 3 younger siblings, the ages of 10, 12, and 18 years old. I have been a lifeguard for 4 years so I am CPR certified and trained in first aid. I worked at bayou bluff tennis club in Biloxi, MS for the first 2 years and the Gulfport yacht club for the last 2 years. I acquired my current second job working at the Little Saints Academy in Pass Christian, MS, which is a preschool/daycare. I have experience giving care to babies and performing duties like changing diapers, fixing formula bottles, doing arts and crafts, reading, and giving them play time outside. I also have watched over and cared for children the ages of 2-10 yrs old for the past year. I do occasionally babysit for friends and family Read more on the side but I am looking for something that pays more and is full time, while I’m taking a semester off of college. I also have experience volunteering for camp able, which is a camp for children with disabilities. I have volunteered there for 4 years and have loved every second of it. My schedule is very flexible as I am off of school this semester. I can adjust easily to new environments and am willing to perform any babysitting/ caregiving tasks I am given. I love working with children and am currently working on obtaining my PhD in Psychology to become a Psychiatrist so that I may hopefully help them in the future.
