Hey! My name is LaRanda and I am thrilled to offer my babysitting services! Children hold a special place in my heart. Growing up the oldest of five, I took on a nurturing role at an early age. I have babysat for the past 8 years. I am a graduate from the University of Mississippi, where I hold a Bachelors of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Education. During my undergrad years, I volunteered/worked at various after school programs with ages ranging from 1-10. Throughout the last two years of my undergrad, I worked as an assistant teacher in the one year old room at a daycare. I babysat for many of my parents and built a long-lasting bond with them. After graduating, I began working in my field as a Speech Therapist at an elementary school. I worked specifically with grades K-5th on their articulation Read more disorders. I recently moved to Nashville where I will begin my Master’s program in Speech Pathology. I am excited to have the opportunity to meet your family!! Thank you for considering me as your babysitter!
