Hi, how are you today? I am an energetic, fun-loving, caring woman who loves to take care of people and animals alike. I worked as a Personal Trainer for 15 years with a focus on overall well-being and nutrition. (I'm a good cook!) Hopefully, what you feed you children is important to you also. I raised one child but these last eight years have been devoted to my mother with Parkinson's. She recently passed at 92 years of age, God bless her. I am ready to do what God has put me here to do, care for others. I love children of all ages and understand the importance of a schedule and I do not use the TV or phone for entertainment.
