I am a wife. I grew up with autistic siblings. They were on opposite sides of the spectrum. One needed care to have all basic needs met and would need assistance to put on a weighted/ and or blow up vest to help calm him down from a triggered moment. My other sibling on the other hand had sensory triggers with the environment around when it came to loud noises and just needed to help talk through it or we would change plans and go somewhere else. I love going to the park and running around with kids. Helping them to navigate emotions when new situations arise for them that they have not experienced before and/or couching them through old ones they still have trouble with. I work at a daycare for 7 months with ages 6 weeks to 5 1/2 years. I volunteer with the kids at my church. Read more I have done CPR training (that will need to be updated this summer.)
