I am a full time Head Start Teacher, I have worked with children for roughly about 10 years .I am continuing my education to further help children more. Asia has been a fantastic babysitter for my kids, ages 4 and 1. They became comfortable with her very quickly, which is unusual for my four year old. She is very personable and engaged, had all kinds of activities ready for them (including bringing some of her own things/crafts from home), and got them outside. She easily balanced the challenge of managing those two ages together (e.g. getting the baby down for nap, reinforcing picking up after herself for the four year old) as well as getting them snacks, lunch, etc. She babysat quite a lot over a two week period while my husband and I worked from home, our first experience with that setup, and it worked out well. Her experience in early childhood education plus being a mom makes her more than qualified. I would definitely feel very comfortable having her babysit while we are away from the house. I can't recommend her enough.
