Hello! My name is Kaitlyn. I am 31 years old and I work full time at a home care agency as a billing coordinator. I started babysitting at the age of 11. I was one of those kids that did the babysitting class and for a certificate, lol. I wonder if they still have them. I worked for a daycare as a helper for $30 a day the summer I was 14. I then nannied 3 summer during high school for the same family. I used to take their two kids to the mall and other places from 16-19. Anyway, I then got my CNA at 17 and started working in the nursing home memory care unit for about 4 years. I have also worked in the group home setting for 12 years. I ran a crisis home for adults with disabilities for 2 years before getting g an HR Read more position at that company. For many years I have training on abise, neglect, and maltreatment for both adults and child for the last 10 years of my life. When I was in my HR position also tought field staff about those topics as well. I love children and am on journey to have my own. I am looking for some extra income on the weekend for a while to help with some medical bills i will have coming up I am all about fun, learning, outings and more. Children have been my passion since I was a child.
