I’ve done babysitting for two families and several occasions each. One of which, included an infant and three children from elementary to middle school age. The other was for two children elementary and middle school age. I enjoy providing good company and seeing the children thrive. I am a recent graduate of Bemidji State University, with a degree in Creative and Professional Writing and Psychology. My dream is to join the league of MN authors through my poetry, short stories, and novel projects. Also, being a visual artist I continually strive to hone my creations. Education and proficiency in public speaking, reading, and writing English. Ample experience with interpersonal communication, and building a collaborative community. 4 years of experience in management roles, training up to 10 employees. Successful track record of positive customer service experience in residential settings, retail, sales, and inventory roles. I volunteered for Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute Read more for a year. Working with clients in team fitness and water activities. Also the horseback riding program in the summer. Ensuring safe rehabilitation practices and bolstering emotional wellness of children, young adults, and adults. Using various levels of communication for optimal interactions. I also have knowledge of counseling and crisis intervention. Understanding the appropriate ways to support one who is in need. And extensive practice/first hand experience to go along with it. I think children are a wonder to behold, as are all souls. I have ties and contributions to more people than I can write about in this space, but the culmination of that is the dedication I bring to every case.
