Hi, I have a unique situation in which I have/had a great job with a reputable employer since I was out of college and grad school. I have since taken an absence to assist in caring for my mom, being a companion, an advocator, and managing her life to make it the best she deserves. This included never missing one appointment over the last nine years of illness including hundreds of visits for appointments in Rochester at Mayo Clinic as well as local appointments. Sadly but peacefully, she passed away leaving me with quite the void. At the current time, I am now helping my grieving father while attending to my needs and at this time I am not looking to work a high-powered corporate job. I have been caring for infants since I was 15 (it was not usual back then lol), before that I frequently watched neighborhood kids. Read more In addition, I worked at a daycare during summers in college. My siblings are quite a few years older than me so I became an Auntie at 23, I was a constant in their life, and remain equally as involved. The three girls are now 22, 19, and 16. Eventually, I watched all 3 nieces under the age of 6, alone for consecutive days (they live in California, and family was always preferred thus I would fly out whenever they needed). I still do to this day to the house manage and supervise teens. In addition to watching kids (preferring infants), I am also open to other household organizations within reason and discussion. I will take exceptional care of your infant and any other children you may have. My goal is to bring comfort to my mom and provide it to a baby.
