Meet Joy

Hi families! My name is Joy Maranga, and I am just finishing up my first year at Loyola University Chicago, where I am studying Social Work. I’m looking for families that need child care throughout May until late August! I love working with children and have plenty of experience with kiddos in different environments, including volunteering at my Churchs Sunday school, mentoring/volunteering for Friendship Connection, and being an employee at the YMCA Kid Stuff. I’m a great fit if your kids like to go out and do things during the day and enjoy hanging out in the backyard and playing games every once in a while. I also enjoy doing crafts or drawing and listening to music! I am comfortable with 1-3 children of any age but prefer infants/younger kids and would also be open to helping with house duties and cooking! My hours are M, T, and W part-time, preferably evenings 5-9 pm or Sat-Sun 1-6 ( subject to change based on my summer class schedule). I am located in Roseville but am willing to travel within reason.
