Hi families! My name is Luxie Thomas and I am a freshman at the University of Wisconsin- Madison! I am currently home for winter break until January 20th, and I’m looking for babysitting jobs around the area to keep me busy! I have previously worked at an early childhood education and daycare center as an assistant teacher for two years. I have a full two years of experience caring for infants ranging from 3 months to 1 year, and a year of experience supervising and educating children from ages 2 to 5 years. Additionally, I have worked at a dance studio for 4 years, teaching and supervising older children from the ages of 6-13 years. Here, I also had the opportunity to work with children with special needs. This past summer, I nannied for a wonderful family with two children, ages 8 and 10. I am CPR and first aid Read more certified, as well as trained in early childhood development courses and additional safety courses such as SIDS (sudden infant death syndrome) and Abusive Head Trauma.
