Hi, I’m Halle! I just graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a certificate in Leadership. This fall, I will attend a graduate program at NYU to become a licensed speech-language pathologist. I am from Buffalo, Minnesota, and have always loved working with kids. As the oldest child, and grandchild- I feel I have been a babysitter my whole life, but once I turned 11, I took the American Red Cross babysitting class and have continued to babysit and nanny ever since. My experience includes working with various Special Olympic Organizations and the disabled community in roles such as peer mentor, community engagement, academic coach, and more. I have experience working with all ages, dietary restrictions, feeding tubes, and communication methods. Some of my hobbies include traveling- through service trips, studying abroad, becoming an au pair, etc, learning to crotchet Read more (keyword learning…), and spending time with family and friends. I am looking for a part-time summer position as I will be starting graduate school in the fall, and can help with housekeeping, errands, and travel as needed! Please reach out with any questions; I would love to talk more!
