Working with children feels incredibly fulfilling to me. Additionally, it feels natural, as I grew up with four older siblings and a niece and nephew. Having a niece and nephew was rewarding, as I was taught a lot of patience and empathy. My creativity and problem-solving is especially useful when it comes to working with children, and allows these traits to flourish. In 2019, I worked at a DayCare that had children anywhere from infants to elementary school students. From then on, I have babysat for a various people with this same age range of children. I believe my positive attitude sets me apart, as my genuine enthusiasm for working with children creates a very positive atmosphere. Additionally, my familial experience has increased my empathy and patience when it comes to working with children, and I strive to create an environment in which children feel safe and understood.
