My plans will frequently include activities to enhance self-understanding, social interaction, and group collaboration. Students in my classroom will have many opportunities to take charge of their own learning and education. I will focus classroom interaction on essential questions, deep understandings, and connect my activities to students’ life experiences. I will coach my students and be an intellectual challenger and content expert. My classroom will be a friendly, comfortable, and safe place for my students to work in.
