I became a caregiver shortly after high school before I became a mother. I love watching children growing and learning every second of the day through their play and interactions with others. When I was growing up my mom owned and operated her own in home daycare. I had several bonus brothers and sisters during that time. Those experiences led me to continue wanting to be apart of watching children grow and being able to help them learn along the way. During high school I participated in a co-op program which allowed me to spend 2 of my classroom hours in an elementary school classroom where I got to experience the paperwork and grading side of school. After high school I worked at a daycare setting for 2 years while becoming a mother of my own. After my second aone was born I realized it was time to be a Read more stay at home mom. That is when I raised my own children for 10 wonderful years volunteering, being able to attend class events and watching my children grow. The past 4 years I have worked along side wonderful leaders in a preschool where we experienced every single aspect of young children and what affects their minds and growing. It was my pleasure to be able to period their safe place to go and be loved.
