Hi, my name is Komari but i prefer Kay. I’m 23 years old, I live in the flint are, and i am currently in school seeking a certificate for phlebotomy and pharmaceutical’s.I first started babysitting at about 7-8 years old just for family and neighbors, and once i graduated in 2018 ive worked with kids consistently since about 2019 professionally until early 2023. I was cpr certified until 2022, i’ve also took it upon myself to study up with class about child development, child safety, infant safety, and more. I have plenty experience with children of all ages from babysitting family, being a teachers assistant in daycares and also a lead teacher, and from working with in-home child care services. I’ve had experiences all ages from newborn (the youngest being 4 days old), to about ages 12-13, working with school age kids during the summer time program at a daycare. Read more When babysitting older kids i tend to talk to them ask them what they like to do and see their interests and then come up with activities to keep them well entertained for however long. With babies 2 and under which are more so my specialty, I work on tummy time, self feeding, self soothing, sleep training, and developing motor skills. I also play, read books, go on walks, and my personal favorite baby art. I also have experience with drop offs and pick ups, and i have my own reliable transportation so if needed that is no issue. I have mostly open availability, and i am also available for last minute services because i do understand things happen and sometimes parents just need a break.
