If you ask Nicole what her prime quality is, she will tell you it's adaptability. She is also skilled in communication, allowing her to be a great Childcare Provider. Her five years of experience in different childcare settings can attest to her professionalism and effectiveness as a teacher and mentor within a daycare setting, making sure each child's needs are met and their safety a priority. Nicole is an alumnae of the University of Michigan, where she obtained her bachelor's degree and went on to pursue a career in sales, until finding her calling in Child Care. In her time with Miss D's Tot Spot she upheld certifications in CPR and First Aid, as well as obtaining the required monthly Child Development credits needed for each employee to maintain their position. Later, she went on to become a personal Nanny, providing one on one care and leading Pre-K curriculum, at Read more the parents' request. In her free time, you will find Nicole tending to her own family, teaching and leading her two little girls into the world. She has always maintained an affinity for teaching and exploring the world in a manner that focuses on independence and individualism. First and foremost, she believes in cultivating a child's sense of self worth, allowing them to become fierce members of our future society. Besides her familial duties, she enjoys learning about herbalism and homesteading to constantly push the boundaries of her life experience and skill sets.
