Hi there! My name is Erica. I am 25 years old and have been working in childcare since the age of 14. I have been working at a daycare center since the age of 17 and have been co-owner of that daycare center for two years. Unfortunately, the other owners have decided the time is right for them to retire. I would love to find a wonderful child/children to give exceptional care to about 16 hours/week. I am CPR/First Aid certified and trained in safe sleep, blood borne pathogens, basic health and safety, social and emotional development in toddlers, and strategies for spirited children. I have well over 10,000 hours of experience working with ages 0-4 but I do have experience with all ages. I have worked with a Montessori trained teacher the past 7 years, so much of my approach is Montessori-inspired. My goal is to guide children to Read more be independent, creative, healthy, and kind.
