My love of working with children stems from several different experiences including working as a children's ski instructor, working at a respite service for kids with special needs, and various babysitting and nannying positions. I have extensive experience with kids with special needs, which has taught me patience and problem solving. I am organized and know how to encourage appropriate behavior in a supportive way. I have also worked with neurotypical children through my job as a ski instructor. I love teaching new skills and tailoring the learning experience to each individual child. I am creative and will think of new and exciting ways to entertain kids while ensuring a safe learning environment. I am certified in CPR and first aid. I love to watch children learn and grow, and hope to go on learning from them through continued baby sitting and nannying!
