We interviewed Brielle on the phone and offered her an in-person interview. She missed her first interview because she was "sick". We then offered to reschedule her interview. My husband accommodated her schedule twice by going into work late. She texted the morning of her second interview date, 10 minutes prior to say she had accepted a job and wasn't coming. We are considering ourselves lucky that we did not hire someone that doesn't respect the time of others.
