Hello Friends! Thank you for your interest in hiring me to care for your little one(s). Let me introduce myself. My name is Miss Adrianne and I live in Hancock, Maine (that's close to Ellsworth & Bar Harbor for those who dont know the area) with my family. I have two sons, Brady; age 16, who will start his Junior Year of High School in the fall and Carter; age 14.5, who will start his first year of high school in the fall. We have lived in our home since 2005 and don't plan to move until the boys are out of school and ready to start their own families. We have 3 labs; Charlie (he's a black lab), Willow (chocolate lab) and Kooper (who is Willows pup son) and is chocolate lab with white paws & tummy. We also have a grey tiger kitty named Pearl that is sweet Read more as blueberry pie. I have been working in the Education and Hospitality Management industry all my life, ranging from being a Daycare Director and Restaurant Manager. I have both my Education Degree and Business Management Degree. I have taught children from birth to seniors in high school and have loved every minute of it. As if I wasn't busy enough while at home raising my babies and working part time I started two business's that I run from home with the assistance of my family. I enjoy anything arts & crafts, outdoor adventures, hikes, exploring, photography, gardening and most recently took up reading again. Though, i admit I'm not ready to give up physical books and go digital. There's something about holding that book in your hands and reading freely. Just as in life I love to get my hands dirty and experience life to the fullest with hands on learning. I am seeking an opportunity to work with children and families again now that my children are old enough to, well... lets be frank, survive a day without mischief or more. As a mother I know what its like to have your child and the need to return to work despite your fear of having someone other than you care for them. It's gut wrenching and if I can help a family return to the normalcy their life requires with ease knowing they can trust 1 million % that their child(ren) are being cared for just as good, if not better than what you can provide. I am not here to replace or diminish the bond between child and parents. I am here to guide, support and care for your families needs without hesitation. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to getting to know you and your family and creating a beautiful life.
