Janet has cared for my 8 week old colicky son and was wonderful with him. She was energetic, caring, and extremely reliable. Janet has a great deal of experience and is quite comfortable caring for infants. I would highly recommend her.

I am writing this review regarding Janet Ellis. There is a major difference between a "babysitter" and a "Care Giver". Janet is definitely of the "Care Giver" variety. I have left her with my 4 year old twin boys (one of whom is Autistic) for entire weekends, as well as regular evenings out with my husband. As a result of having a "special needs" child, I am extremely "picky" as a Mother. I don't just trust anyone to care for my children. I do professional background checks, extensive interviewing and reference checking before I give any sitter a try. I have complete and utter trust that when I do put my sons in Janet's capable hands; that they will be well cared for; as well as have a great time! She is extremely reliable, helpful and thinks on her feet. Janet is excellent with my boys! She not only knows intuitively how to care for children (she has 6 of her own), but she also engages in really creative activities with them; and when I come home, they tell me all about what they did with "Miss Janet". They really love her. I would recommend this woman to any friend of mine who insists upon excellence when it comes to the care of their children. Sincerely, Vicky Morgan

Janet cared for my 3 children (ages 4 years, 3 years and 6 months) full-time for 3 months. She was wonderful. She was very interactive and playful with them, and they loved her. She also kept the house clean and made dinner. She was very reliable, always prompt. I highly recommend Janet as a babysitter.

Did not show up for an appointment, and did not return email message stating uninterested. Reliable it says?????
