With a strong background in customer service and daily schedule management, I ensure families feel supported and informed through open and effective communication about their children’s progress, needs, and activities. My experience as an informal caregiver through Maryland’s Childcare Scholarship Program, combined with my CPR and First Aid certifications and knowledge of Maryland’s basic safety practices, has equipped me to handle a wide range of responsibilities with confidence and care. I also bring organizational skills, such as using Microsoft Office to manage schedules and track supplies, to maintain a seamless and efficient routine for both children and families. I am passionate about supporting children’s development and fostering a positive, trusting relationship with families.
