Hello! I'm Deondra, a passionate educator with a deep love for children. With a background in mentoring through dance and a bachelor's degree in Child and Adolescence Studies, I've dedicated myself to understanding and nurturing the growth and development of young minds. Currently pursuing my teaching certification in Maryland, I teach Pre-K and eagerly anticipate transitioning to first grade next school year. In addition to my teaching journey, I'm also pursuing a master's degree in Elementary School Counseling, seeking to contribute to children's holistic development in another meaningful way. My approach to childcare is rooted in trust, care, and open communication. I prioritize building strong relationships with both children and parents, ensuring that families feel confident and comfortable entrusting their little ones to my care.
