Hello! My name is Lainey and I am a 32-year-old college graduate with a degree in psychology, specializing in child development. I have a minor in French and spent 6 months in Paris as part of my minor studying abroad. Pre-Covid, I was living in D.C. and working as a software sales consultant. Prior to that, I worked with hospitals as a consultant to evaluate areas that needed to be improved to retain patients. I have babysat all ages of children and was a long term nanny for a family in the Severna Park area throughout high school and college for about 15 years. I am currently taking prerequisite classes to apply to nursing school but have plenty of free time while I work on those. Lainey is an exceptional caregiver! Our daughter doesn't always take to strangers easily, but warmed up to Lainey right away. Now they're best buds! Lainey goes above and beyond to be sweet and engaging during play. She has adapted easily to our daughter's sleeping and feeding schedule. She has also demonstrated great flexibility to be able to accommodate my husband and I's work schedules from week to week. As nervous first time parents, we couldn't have asked for a better sitter than Lainey to come into our, and our daughter's, lives.
