Kaila D.

Kaila seemed like a great fit for my family, as we only needed someone a few hours each week to cover the overlap of mine and my husband's work schedules. However after a few times of having her over, we found her to be on her phone the entire time watching our two year old. She would be in a different room on the phone, while my daughter played by herself in the other room. She arrived at our house late 90% of the days we needed her, and didn't show up multiple times. We showed nothing but understand and respect to Kaila, while she was unreliable and disrespectful to us. Not to mention, our very easy going and playful toddler had no connection to someone she was spending hours with each week. Lastly, Kaila did not show up a few weeks ago and NEVER contacted us. We have not yet heard from her and don't expect to.
