Howdy ! My name is Amado and I love helping kids succeed (but I hope you figured that much out already). I'm a student at St. John's College. I'm originally from Oregon but I'm loving the East Coast too! I've worked with kids between 12 months and 14 years old. That includes everything from taking care of the baby while the rest of the family goes on a trip out of town to leading 6th graders through a week long camp that makes hands-on learning a priority. I find that my specialty is helping kids to learn while they have fun, about whatever it is they show interest in, if I can convince everyone to help leave the house in a better state than I found it in that's always a win in my book.
