Hi! My name is Ava and I am currently a freshman at University of Massachusetts Amherst, but I am from West Roxbury(will be there for majority of the winter on break). For the past two years, I have worked at my local YMCA, in both summer camp and Child Watch. In Child Watch, I worked with kids ages 2 months to 10 years old, where parents could drop off their children while they worked out. In summer camp, I worked with children 3 years to 12 years old for 8 hour days. I have babysat since I was about fourteen, working with a variety of children of all different ages. I am currently studying Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences, as I hope to become a Speech Therapist for children. I love working with children, and my past experience in work has only increased that!
