My name is Kathy Fazio. I am 70 and live in Sterling. I have been working in the Human Services field for over 30 years.  I have extensive experience in working with children, teens, and adults and seniors with developementaly and/or physical disabilities. I am certified in CPR, First Aid and Map.  I have training in many special needs areas. I also have experience in child care. I have 5 children of my own and three grandchildren. I take care of my 10 month old granddaughter on Tuesdays.When my children were growing up, I ran my own Family Day Care for approximately 10 years. I cared for 2 infants and 4 other children at the same time. I have experience in performing PCA duties for special needs and for the elderly. I love animals and have held one job as a dog walker. I love being outside!! After retiring from Read more Comm. of Mass, DDS after 22 years, I have been a nanny for over 11 years now. I was with my first family, The 'M' family for 7+ years until they no longer needed me. At the same time I took care of some of the neighborhood kids, the Mo family.. As the kids got older the family needed less time from me. I worked full time for a family with 3 children, the "D' family and went to former nanny family 'M' for after school care. When Covid came, my original family no longer needed me so I continued to work full time for the new family.' D'. I ended up doing the remote learning with them. I was with them for 2 years. When all the kids went back to school, I was no longer needed. I worked for them from August 2019-June 2021. In April 2021 I worked full time with a family with 3 children the 'S' family, while doing morning care and transportation to former family 'D' until June 2021. The last full time job lasted until August 2021. It was a temporary position with the 'S' family because they were moving. .In August I started with the family I am now with 3 days a week. Sorry this is so confusing but I worked with a few families at one time! I have also worked with a family since June 2021 on weekends when needed. The boy was 2 weeks old when I first had him..Presently I am looking to fill Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. I will furnish my full resume and excellent references upon request.
