Hi! I am the mother of an almost 3 year old. I am looking for the opportunity to be able to work and bring her with me. I have experience caring for multiple children at once, and I have been CPR certified in the past but am willing to retake the course. A lot of my experience with children comes from being a mother, a step mother, an older sister, a cousin, etc. I have been around young children my whole life, and providing childcare is just part of my every day life as is, so I’d like to stick to what I know best! I consider myself, and have been regarded as, a gentle and patient care giver. I do not believe in corporal punishment. I believe that most behavioral issues in children stem from simply being a child, and it’s my job as a care giver to help Read more them process and navigate their big feelings in a rather confusing world. My goal as a care giver is to establish a game plan of sorts with parents so we can work together to give your children the care that best works for them, and as their parent, you would be the one to know what works best! I am willing to do light housework, meals, and transportation as well. I like to spend lots of time outdoors, ie; playground trips, short hikes, walks, etc. I am also pretty arts and crafty, so if we are indoors, I’ll try to keep your children busy with fun activities! Again, I am looking for the opportunity to bring my toddler with me as well. I hope our kids can become friends! She loves meeting new friends and tagging along with me wherever I go.
