I have been doing paid and unpaid child care since I was about 11, starting with my younger sister and growing to neighborhood families through high school and intermittent sitting and care throughout college and graduate school. Particularly, I have experience with children with various intellectual and developmental disabilities and was a care provider for a child with various needs and their sibling for over a year in college. While I now work full time, I enjoy providing child care occasionally as a way to help out families who need it as well as a supplementary income.
