I am 44 years old and currently work (2-3 days/week) as a part time behavioral therapist for young adults that are cognitively impaired. My kids are getting older age 21 and 17. My oldest lives on his own and the other is 17 on duel enrollment. I went from being so extremely busy to having enough time to pick up more hours. Although I have more time to work, I prefer to do something I enjoy more. Prior to my current job, my husband and I were therapeutic foster parents for up to 4 kids at a time, for 10 years. We also owned a couple businesses that we closed, right before Covid. At that time, my niece was born and moved in with us (unplanned) for 18 months. I am CPR/AED, First Aid and Stop the Bleed certified. Was MAP (medication admin) certified but let it lapse since I Read more no longer need it. Please note that my availability is Wednesdays and Tuesday or Thursdays.
