Hello! My name is Maria I’m an 18 year old from a Martha’s Vineyard, as well as a proud older sister to two kiddos. I grew up babysitting them and all their friends and my mission in life has become to take care of others. This is a huge factor in why I’m cosmetology school now. I love arts and crafts, music, and sports. I’m enthusiastic and easy going, I find it incredibly important to provide a calm and warm energy for kids. I have a huge sense of responsibility and I think it’s crucial for children to have a compassionate and understanding person to rely on and trust, and importantly to teach them little things like colors and numbers as well as big things like kindness and respect.
