Mishelle is an extraordinary nanny. I joke that she is the 'Colombian Mary Poppins'. She is stern, but loving. She cares deeply and handles difficult situations with ease. She doesn't spend time on her phone or rely on screen time to entertain kids. She truly enjoys teaching and watching children develop. She cooks for the kids, teaches them Spanish, does art class, and plays outside.
