Worked okay for us as a nanny for 6-8 weeks until she had an opportunity for full time work. Were excited for her and we understood she might not be available as often if at all, but instead of being up front with us about what to expect or when she would be available again we were ghosted for weeks. Kids were devastated. When she didn't get the other job, she called back as if nothing happened. By then the damage was done. Exercise caution.
