My babysitting style is fun, playful, educational, and responsible. I like to encourage the kids I watch to do creative activities like baking, crafts, reading books, going for walks, music, drawing, etc. I'm ok with some TV time or a movie, but I prefer not to spend the entire time in front of the television. I've worked with children of all ages (newborns to teenagers) and I have experience with children in diapers and helping with potty training, homework, cooking meals, bath time and bed time. I prefer to meet a child and parents for at least 30 minutes before the first babysitting night so that we can make sure it's a good fit and that everyone feels comfortable. Before moving to New Orleans in 2013 I was a full time nanny in NYC. I currently work as an artist, musician, and small business owner. I'm looking to find a Read more family that needs a regular Friday night date night during the summer while my business is in it's down season. I'm available on Fridays starting in June through the end of August when I will leave to go abroad to Italy.
