Hi! I’m Marci. I was born in Branson Missouri where I grew up in a state-licensed in-home daycare ran by my dad. Growing up here gave me the opportunity to allow childcare to become second nature to me. I was always around to help out. I learned infant care early on and when I became old enough became certified as a daycare assistant. We also implement tons of curricular into our days, and encourage positive play/social skills among little ones ie: independence, compassion, sharing, and listening skills. Some of the daily curriculum included (but is never limited to) learning numbers, letters, shapes, colors, insects, animals, dinosaurs, and problem solving activities such as puzzles. I believe healthy and varried meals and snacks are a must as well to ensure a colorful and balanced palet/diet can be achieved in young ones. I am also CPR certified. Currently: My partner and I have recently relocated back home to New Orleans after living in rural Alaska for two years where we also had our baby girl! She is will be a year old in late October.
