I'm a mother of 5, ages 13-22. My kids have been homeschooled & public schooled. For the last 10 years, I have worked outside the home for a barge company as a crew dispatcher. I'm making a major change in career paths due to significant changes in my 9a-5p job so that I will have more flexibility to manage my 13 & 16-year-olds' schooling. We have dogs, parakeets, and chickens. I have a minivan that seats 7 (8 including the removable middle seat). I listed "1 year paid experience" because I kept a brother and sister when I only had 3 kids (about 17 years ago). But of course, I would say having my own 5, with only 8 years between the oldest and youngest, is by far my greatest reference, experience, and blessing.
