I love being a sitter because is allows me to connect and build relationships with the families and the children I'm watching. I've worked with children from ages of 12-18 mostly, and I love working with that age group because I feel like I can connect with them more. I feel like I have skills that could set me apart from others, such as my time management skills, flexibility, I'm able to complete most of all of the takes that can be given to me. I think the biggest thing for me when being a baby sitter is just the thought of being able to help when I'm needed, regardless if that's working 2 hours or working 10. just being able to work with a family and children, means a lot to me.
